| Hewas Graphics (Pte) Ltd was incorporated in 1985 to manufacture and distribute packaging materials. At that time it confined its activities to paper items only. Thereafter in
1987 it switched on to plastic packaging items. In 1988, and 1994 P J Packaging (Pvt) Ltd.
and Universal Plastics (Pte) Ltd joined the Hewas Graphics (Pte) Ltd. The latter being an BOI
approved enterprise. These companies constitute the Hewas Group of Companies. |

| In 2001, the company made a significant contribution to society and the environment with the introduction of HEWOOD® Synthetic wood, to be used as Ceiling, Paneling, Skirting and moulding to the domestic market. These products are made of 100% plastic resin, and has become very popular among sophisticated house builders, hoteliers, and other high profile companies due its maintenance free properties and close similarity to natural wood in appearance. |
